There has been a lot going on. I head to San Antonio a week from today, hoping to have my house on the market by then. Who knows if that will happen. I still need to see if that will work.
Luckily, I have all of next week off before I start at USAA. I am leaning towards both selling my home and buying a new house with my real estate license. That will probably save me around $15K. It only cost $700 since I saved up for it two months ago. Not a bad return. I probably could help out when Janet buys her home. It will probably save her something around $9K. I have to put everything back up on the walls and do some deep cleaning and finish packing. I also have to take my 15 hours of classes to activate my real estate license and take any training mandated by the broker so I can be listed under him.
We are all sick trying to recover from colds so that doesn't help either. I also need to focus on helping Heidi and our three kids as they are a handful.

That'll be a great money saver! Colds?!! While you're moving?!! That stinks! Hope you're on the mend... excited you'll be here soon!
